VerbComm Inc is looking for a technical support person to help support their current managed Information Technology division.
Responsibilities: Responsible for performing on-site or in-house servicing, repair, and installations. Provides technical support in activities associated with the identification, prioritization and resolution of reported problems. Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up. Performs general maintenance, troubleshoots, and repairs of computer systems and networking infrastructure.
Requirements Candidate Qualification: Must be a problem Solver and have experience in the IT area with demonstrated problem solving experience.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and a shifted work day on occasion.
Must have at least working knowledge of some or all of the following systems:

Candidate should also be fluent in the standard functionality of network troubleshooting, dealing with DNS, WINS, DHCP, basic IP configurations etc...
Experience: 1-3 years of experience a plus but not required. Qualified individuals without experience will be considered.
Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
Other: Strong communication skills and superior customer service skills are required. Preferred but not required A+ Certification, MCP, or an MCSE.
